What sets Le Griddle apart is the patented Dual Plate System: a ½-inch enameled cast iron sub-plate bonded to a 304 stainless steel cooking surface. Cast iron holds heat. Stainless steel resists rust, wipes clean, and never warps. Together they deliver the kind of even, high-heat searing you'd normally only find in a commercial kitchen — without any of the maintenance headaches.

Available in four sizes — the compact 16" Wee, the popular 30" Ranch Hand, the crowd-feeding 41" Big Texan, and the flagship 60" Grand Texan — each model works built-in, countertop, or freestanding on an optional cart. Gas models ship propane-ready with a natural gas conversion kit included at no extra charge.
