At My Luxe Abode, we specialize in premium outdoor living products. Many of our items are large, made-to-order, or require specialized freight handling. We are committed to providing clear, reliable delivery expectations.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days, same day processing available if before 5 PM PST is cut off time
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (clearly noted on the product page)
Shipping Time Schedules
- Expedited: 1 - 3 business days after processing, only available before 5 PM PST
- FREE Standard delivery: 3 - 7 business days after processing
- Freight / Oversized items: 7–14 business days after processing
- Total standard estimated delivery time: 7–19 business days
Shipping Methods
- We ship via trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and specialized freight providers
- Larger items may require curbside delivery
- White Glove Delivery when available
Tracking Information
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships
- Freight shipments may include scheduled delivery coordination between you and the shipping company or between you and a driver

- We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within the United States unless otherwise specified
Delivery Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, you will be responsible for shipments made to the wrong address
- For freight deliveries, someone may need to be present to receive the order
